Our Story
A house the color of autumn
Voske Ashun — "Golden Autumn" — began as our grandfather's stone house on the edge of the Debed canyon. Every October, the beech forests around it catch fire in amber and gold, and the name simply chose itself.
Today we welcome travelers with the same table our family has always set: tonir bread at sunrise, apricot preserves, herbs from the garden, and stories told late by the fireplace.
